Everything People Ask Us
Most Jacksonville residential pools fall between $120 and $190 per month for weekly service, depending on pool size, whether you have a screen enclosure, and how much tree cover surrounds the deck. That price includes chemicals. We quote a firm monthly number after seeing the pool — we do not do teaser rates that climb after the first invoice.
Yes, and Jacksonville is a genuinely year-round market. Water temperatures here rarely drop far enough or long enough to stop algae completely, and our winters are mild and wet. Pools that get "paused" from December to February almost always need a green-to-clean in March, which costs far more than the service that was skipped.
Skim the surface, brush walls and steps, vacuum as needed, empty skimmer and pump baskets, test and balance chlorine, pH, alkalinity and stabiliser, check the filter pressure, and confirm equipment is running properly. You get a service note after every visit so you know exactly what was done.
Most green pools in Jacksonville clear in three to five days. It depends on how long it has been green, whether the filter is functioning, and how much organic debris is on the floor. We give you a realistic timeline up front rather than promising an overnight fix that will not hold.
Yes. Saltwater pools still need weekly chemistry checks — a salt cell generates chlorine, it does not manage pH, alkalinity or stabiliser, and cells scale up in our hard water. We service saltwater systems and replace cells when they reach end of life.
Yes, fully licensed and insured, and we carry coverage for work performed on your property. We are part of the We Surv Jacksonville family of home service companies, which is why you will see the WSJ mark on our vehicles and paperwork.
Greater Jacksonville and the surrounding beaches — Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Ponte Vedra, Orange Park, Fleming Island, Mandarin, Riverside, San Marco, Middleburg and St. Augustine. If you are unsure whether we reach you, call and ask.
Call us. Storm debris, runoff and power loss combine to wreck pool chemistry fast, and a pool left untreated for a week after a storm often turns into a full green-to-clean. We prioritise existing weekly customers for post-storm recovery visits.
